Description

S R T P T I O N a) titre de l'invention
Trancheuse à foin portative de balles haute et moyenne densité.
b) Secteur de la technique sur lequel porte l'invention
Appareil de coupe pour foin, paille, et autres récoltes emmagasinés sous forme de balles dans les étables et élevages agricoles, en vue d'une distribution plus fe#cile.
Le 1e foin en vrac notait traditionnellement soupé avec un coupe foin manuel.
Les balles provenant de presses haute et moyenne densités rendent le problème beareoup plus difficile, c'est pourquoi une trancheuse mécanique s'avère necessaire.
Le dispositif comporte un boitier (3) mécanique qui transforme un mouvement rotatif du moteur (2) en mouvement alternatif (6) permettant d'entrainer deux lames de longueurs variables.
Ces deux lames (4) sont juxtaposées et portent une denture de différente forme suivant les récoltes à couper, et de préférence d'un matériaux non corrosible.
Une inclinaison (5) des lames est à prévoir de façon à faciliter la coupe à l'utilisateur, les balles rondes ou carrées étant de dimensions différentes, et la machine ne pouvant se manoeuvrer qu'avec une seule personne la tenant à deux mains par les poignées (i).
La longueur des lames sera choisie par l'utilisateur suivant le diametre ou la hauteur a trancher.
Un dispositif de sécurité est prévu dans le cas ou les lames rencontrent un corps étranger de façon à éviter la casse de la machine ou des lames.

Claims (4)

    R E V E N D I C A T I U N
  1. *1) Dispositif permettant de trancher les balles rondes ou carrées de toutes récoltes (foin, paille, ensilage, sarments) et caractérisé en ce qu'il est portatif (1) manoeuvrable par une seule personne, animé par un moteur rotatif (2). Mouvement trans formé par un boitier (3) en mouvement alternatif (6) permettant d'animer deux lames (4) orientables à 1800 par rapport à la position de travail de l'utilisateur.
  2. *2) Dispositif caractirisé par deux lames animées d'un mouvement alternatif (6) munies de dents tranchantes sur 3 faces.
  3. *3) Dispositif selon la revendication (1) caractérisé par ce qu'il est manoeuvrable à deux mains en toute position.
  4. *4) Dispositif selon la revendication (2) earactérisé par les lames orientables suivant un angle de 1800 par rapport au moteur, permettant de faire des découpes en cube dans un tas d'ensilage, et des découpes de grosses balles atteignant 1,80m de hauteur.
