CE MODULE MANUPORTABLE A UNE FACE FINIE BOIS 1 ET ASPECT TORCHIS 3 LA PARTIE ARRIERE 2 PERMET LE PASSAGE DISSIMULE DES GAINES ELECTRIQUES DANS UNE GOULOTTE PVC 6 UN COUVRE-JOINT AUTOCLAVANT 7 PEUT ETRE EQUIPE D'INTERRUPTEURS ET DE PRISES DE COURANT ELECTRIQUE. Description

L'invention concerne un module préfabriqué, de pose simplifiée, permettant de construire, d'isoler, d'4quiper,de décorer en fonction des besoins du bâtiment en une seule phase d'intervention.
Les cloisons de distribution ou de doublage étant abituellement réalisées traditionnellement : briques, carreaux de pl- tre ou cloisons sèches, plaques de plstre cartonnées avec ou sans isolation, mais la mise en oeuvre de leur structure est importante et nécéssite plusieurs interventions.
Le système selon l'invention permet par la jonction de plusieurs modules de réaliser rapidement une cloison avec une face aspect colombage (1) plus torchis (3) et une face plâtre cartonnée (2) permettant la pose immédiate d'un revêtement mural.
Selon une variante, des modules accéssoires permettent des angles, des passages de porte ou allège de fenêtre, des épaisseurs d'isolation et de structure, peuvent par l'adaptabilité qui les carractérise, voir leur application à d'autres systemes constructifs par leur complémentarité ou leur complexe.
Le panneau constitue dans son ensemble un matériau composite.
Il est formé par une structure bois résistante et décorative, aspect colombage, assemblé traditionnellement et chevillé bois.
Ce module manuportable a une face finie bois et aspect torchis dont le relief est obtenu par des coulées de mousse polyuréthane(9zaquelle s'expense sur un plan de polystyrène de plaque-mur (8) de deux centimètres d'épaisseur ou plus selon variante pour la partie interne du panneau, et d'un centimètre de plâtre (2) pour la partie carrière.
L'élément ainsi formé est complété en surface par un enduit de parement ignifuge.
La partie arrière permet le passage des gaines cablées sur toute ou partie verticale d'une goulotte (6) PVC 23/43, laquelle est recouverte aprés la jonction des panneau entre eux, par un couvre-joint (7) en bois assemblé à un PVC fixation auto-clave. Ce couvre joint peut être équipé d'intérrupteurs et de prises électriques.
La jonction des modules se fait par tenons (4) et mortaises (5) pour la face bois, et complété par un couvre-joint autoclave (6) sur la face plâtre. Idem pour les modules accessoires ; on complète cette jonction par l'apport de deux chevilles.
Selon une variante l'épaisseur est fonction des différentes applications; elle est comprise entre 65 mm et 100 mmo
La figure 1 représente un décomposé d'un ensemble de
modules.
La figure 2 représente la face du module-principal dont
les dimensions, sont de 2,80 m pour la hauteur brute,
et1,25 m pour la largeur.
La figure 3 représente en coupe, le système d'emboite
ment à la jonction des panneaux.
Destiné particulièrement à la construction des cloisons de distribution dans l'habitat ou à la réhabilitation des logements et maisons anciennes, pour correction de l'isolation thermique et phonique de toutes les structures intérieures d'un bâtiment.

Claims (3)

REVENDICATIONS
1) Panneau préfabriqué de pose simplifiée, permettant de construire, d'isoler, d'équiper, de décorer en une seule phase d'intervention par la jonction de plusieurs modules carractérisé par le fait que la face principale est composée d'une structure bois décorative (1) garni par un torchis (3) le système d'emboitement étant composé de deux tenons (4) et deux mortaises (5).
L'arrière étant constitué par une épaisseur de polystyrène (8) et d'une plaque de plâtre cartonnée (2).
2) Panneau selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu un couvre joint (7) coopérant avec le système d'emboitement (4) (5) par une goulotte PVC (6) laquelle a la particularité de permettre le passage dissimulé des gaines électriques ; un couvre joint autoclave complète la jonction.
3) Panneau selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé par le fait que le blocage est achevé par la pose 'tin situ" de deux chevilles bois (9)
