Ainsi, la plupart des produits de grande consommation

De nombreuses solutions techniques ont déjà été
apportées aux problèmes de présentation et de rangement tel les que,
par exemple, les distributeurs automatiques qui permettent au moyen
de dispositifs à ressorts de mettre facilement les produits à la
portée du client. Mais ces dispositifs sont souvent compliqués et
encombrants.

Par ailleurs, il existe déjà des présentoirs à tiroir actionné par des dispositifs à ressorts à boudin ou à lames.
Cependant de tels présentoirs sont onéreux, fragiles, encombrants, peu fiables et posent des problèmes de coincement lors du déplacement des boites d'articles.
La présente invention permet de résoudre ces problèmes pour la première fois de manière satisfaisante en proposant un dispositif modulable de présentation et de distribution automatique d'articles comprenant un élément de support horizontal d'articles, un organe mobile de calage combiné à des moyens de déplacement horizontal linéaire, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de support est constitué d'au moins une bande élastique 3,4 extensible permettant l'avance progressive et freinée des articles par rappel en contact de frottement de ladite bande élastique en fonction du poids desdits articles.
Selon la présente invention, ladite bande élastique joue également le rôle de moyen de déplacement horizontal linéaire dudit organe mobile de calage.
Le dispositif de l'invention est simple donc peu coûteux et très fiable ; il permet l' > enlèvement facile d'un ou plusieurs articles d'un lot donné sans provoquer la chute de ceux qui restent.
Par ailleurs, les bandes élastiques permettent une avance régulière et sans coincement des articles jusqu' L'avant du dispositif de présentation.

Selon le mode de réalisation des figures 1 à 5, le dispositif de l'invention comporte une glissière 1 à segments prédécoupés 11, 12, 13 .. afin de lui donner par rupture desdits segments une longueur correspondant à la profondeur des différents rayons.
La glissière 1 est ensuite approvisionnée avec un lot d'articles 2 qui est placé sur un élément de support constitué par les bandes élastiques extensibles 3, 4 et maintenu en place par pression au moyen du chariot 5 rappelé vers l'avant de lâ glissière 1 par lesdites bandes 3, 4.
Le chariot 5 est conformé en équerre avec une partie verticale 6 en appui sur le dos et les faces latérales du dernier article 2 du lot et une partie horizontale 7 sur laquelle repose la base de ce même article.
Afin d'adapter au mieux le dispositif aux articles, il est prévu d'ajuster les dimensions du chariot 5 et les caractéristiques des bandes élastiques extensibles 3, 4 en fonction de la forme et du poids des articles à placer dans la glissière 1.
Le mode d'avancement des articles est fonction des caractéristiques des bandes élastiques. Ainsi, la.vitesse d'avancement dépendra étroitement de la force de rappel des bandes élastiques.
Le chariot 5 est retenu verticalement et guidé horizontalement dans la glissière 1 au moyen d'une rainure centrale longitudinale 8 dans laquelle est engagé un sabot 9 en forme de T inversé s'étendant vers le bas et solidaire du chariot 5. Les rebords latéraux 10 contribuent également au maintien et au guidage des articles dans la glissière 1.
Lors de la prise d'un article sur le devant du dispositif, il se produit un relâchement de la tension des bandes élastiques extensibles 3, 4 qui provoque le rappel du chariot 5 et le déplacement des autres articles poussés par le chariot 5 vers l'avant de la glissière 1. Cette translation des articles est un mouvement régulier sans accélération importante trouvant son orioine dans le rétrécissement des bandes.qui jouent ainsi à la fois le rôle de bandes transporteuses et de moyen de déplacement du chariot 5.En position de chargement les bandes élastiques sont en contact de frottement avec la glissière.

Selon le poids des articles, la force de rappel sera donc plus ou moins grande.
Après rupture d'un ou plusieurs segments 11, 12, 13 au niveau des encoches prédécoupées 18, on obtient un dispositif de longueur plus ou moins courte, adaptable à divers rayons.
Le réglage de la ténsion des bandes 3, 4 s'effectue, par exemple, en les coupant en fonction de la longueur de la glissière 1 et en les fixant au moyen d'une barrette de fixation 14 montée de façon amovible (par exemple par encliquetage) en dessous de la glissière 1 et sur laquelle sont accrochées les bandes 3,4.
Sur le fond de la glissière sont ménagées à intervalles réguliers des ouvertures 15 qui servent à la fixation de la barrette 14.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation, on peut utiliser une seule bande élastique extensible mais de largeur plus importante fixée par exemple à l'avant de la glissière 1.
A l'avant, la glissière 1 est recouverte d'un capot 16 formant butée d'arrêt pour le lot d'articles et sous lequel passent les bandes 3, 4 qui vont coulisser sur un élément cylindrique 17 avant de se diriger vers la barrette de fixation 14 située sous la glissière 1.
Cette butée a éventuellement une longueur suffisante pour permettre la repose d'un article remis en rayon par le consommateur.
Claims (3)
1. Dispositif modulable de présentation et de distribution automatique d'articles comprenant un élément de support horizontal d'articles, un organe mobile de calage combiné à des moyens de déplacement horizontal linéaire, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de support est constitué d'au moins une bande élastique (3,4) extensible permettant l'avance progressive et freinée des articles par rappel en contact de frottement de ladite bande élastique en fonction du poids desdits articles.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites bandes élastiques (3,4) jouent également le rôle de moyen de déplacement horizontal linéaire dudit organe mobile de calage.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe mobile de calage est constitué d'un chariot (5) en équerre pourvu d'un sabot (9) de guidage horizontal linéaire et de retenue verticale.
