Abstract

L'invention concerne un pneumatique pour véhicule. Il est prévu dans le pneumatique une couche intérieure caoutchoutée formée d'un caoutchouc collant à la confection et d'un copolymère de styrène-butadiène, la teneur en styrène lié dans une molécule du mélange composite s'élevant à au moins 15 parties en poids pour 100 parties de caoutchouc; il est ainsi possible d'obtenir une faible perméabilité aux gaz et une résistance mécanique suffisante pour la couche intérieure caoutchoutée; la fabrication du pneumatique, qui comporte une couche intérieure formée d'un mélange caoutchouté réticulé préalablement ou partiellement, est possible par un processus de vulcanisation sans vessie de chauffage, ce qui permet de réduire les frais de fabrication.
