Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de débourrage de coupe-racines utilisé dans l'industrie sucrière, mettant en oeuvre la projection d'un jet de fluide compressible sous pression. Le dispositif comporte une buse 2 d'injection de fluide, disposée sur la partie statique 3 de l'appareil et orientée en direction de la trajectoire parcourue par les couteaux. Cette buse alimentée en fluide à une pression, une température et un débit prédéterminés est caractérisée en ce que son profil est déterminé de façon à assurer la détente isentropique du fluide jusqu'à une pression voisine de la pression aval ambiante.
