ELECTRODE CÀRACTERISEE PAR DEUX PLAQUES CONDUCTRICES A UN SEUL
MEMBRE INFERIEUR POUR LA REALISATION DE L'ELECTROCARDIOGRAMME
En 1906, EINTHOVEN inventait le principe de l'électrocardiogramme basé, à l'époque, sur la position des électrodes aux deux bras et à la jambe gauche.
Puis, vers 1930, l'électrocardiogramme s'enregistrait en plaçant
- 1 électrode à chaque bras
- 1 électrode à chaque jambe
Afin d'enregistrer plus rapidement et plus simplement l'électrocar- diogramme, la réalisation d'une électrode à une seule jambe comprenant deux plaques conductrices est réalisée. selon I invention
L'électrode, qui est destinée à l'un des membres inférieurs, est
caractérisée par deux plaques conductrices, aptes à venir s'appliquer
sur la peau du dit membre, disposées sur une blême armature en substitu
tion des deux électrodes habituellement appliquées sur chaque membre
inférieur (jambe droite et jambe gauche).
Sur les faces opposées de cette électrode, les dites plaques compren
nent chacune les moyens appropriées permettant de se connecter, par des
fils conducteurs, à l'appareil d'électrocardiographie.
Les plaques sont réalisées en matériau électriquement conducteur.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier,l'électrode unique est constituée de DEUX PLAQUES CONDUCTRICES (1) (2) fixées à une ARMATURE (3) lesquelles sont aptes à recevoir une
liaison en câble souple, électriquement conducteur qui est connecté à l'appareil d'électrocardiographie.
Par ailleurs, cette électrode comporte des floyens aptes a assurer le maintien de la dite armature sur le membre inférieur.
L'application de cette électrode -,e fera - soit sur le membre inférieur droit - soit sur le membre inférieur gavlelle sans déformation de l'enregistrement électrocardiographique.

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    I - Electrode unique constituée de DEUX PLAQUES CONDUCTRICES (1) (2)
    fixées à une ARMATURE (3) lesquelles sont aptes à recevoir une
    liaison en câble souple, électriquement conducteur qui est connecté
    à l'appareil d'électrocardiographie.
    Par ailleurs, cette électrode comporte des moyens aptes à assurer le
    maintien de la dite armature sur le membre inférieur.
