Description
La présente invention concerne une protection des seringues (1) utilisées en synoviorthése (seringue de 10 ml)
Cette thérapie nécessite pour les grosses articulations (épaule ,genou ) de l'yttrium 90 qui est un émetteur Bêta pur de 2.284 Mev entraînant ainsi un débit de dose au contact des seringues de 4 à 6 Gy/h .le personnel intervenant tant dans les préparations que dans l'acte thérapeutique intègre des équivalents de dose très importants et ce,malgré des temps de manipulation très réduits
Le dispositif selon l'invention consiste en un protège seringue en verre (2) d'une épaisseur de 5mm pour arrêter les rayonnements électroniques et notamment les rayons bêta
Le mode de fixation à baionnette de la seringue (1) permet son immobiLisation dans le protège-seringue (2).Des stries pratiquées à la partie supérieure du protege-seringue évitent le glissement de celui-ci entre les doigts lors de l'injection
Ce dispositif peut être adapté à tout type de seringue ,et ,pour des manipulations autre que la thérapie ,notamment l'utilisation de phosphore 32 (p32) dans les laboratoires de biologie
Le protège-seringue selon l'invention sera, de présence, réalisé en verre, tandis que la seringue sera, de préférence, en résine synthétique type wplexiglass". The present invention relates to the protection of syringes (1) used in synovorthesis (10 ml syringe)
