Abstract

Cet ensemble de ventilateur, pour circuit intégré, comprend: - une plaquette (3) à ailettes, comportant de multiples rangées et colonnes d'ailettes (31), qui s'étendent vers le haut à partir d'une face supérieure de cette plaque (3), et un espace libre (32) pratiqué dans la partie centrale de la face supérieure, chaque paire de deux ailettes (31) adjacentes étant séparées par un intervalle (33), - un élément de plaquette (1), monté à demeure sur la plaque (3) à ailettes et comportant un trou (11) pratiqué dans la partie centrale de cet élément de plaquette (1), - des moyens de ventilateur (2), montés sur l'élément de plaquette (1) et comportant un ventilateur (22) reçu à rotation dans l'espace libre (32) de la plaque (3) à ailettes, et - un élément conducteur de chaleur (4) fixé à demeure sur l'un des deux éléments constitués par la plaque (3) à ailettes et un circuit intégré (5).
