Abstract

Dispositif permettant de maintenir des récipients troncs coniques et cylindriques, par exemple des gobelets et des canettes.Il est constitué de deux plaques parallèles (1) et (2) solidarisées et montées sur un support (3) et (4) pivotant.Chacune de ces plaques étant pourvues d'un orifice circulaire dont l'un est d'un diamètre supérieur à l'autre. Le système selon l'invention peut être utile aussi bien dans le domaine des transports et de loisirs que pour les personnes alitées ou handicapées.

Description

La présente invention concerne un support pour récipients coniques et cylindriques, par exemple des gobelets et des canettes.
On connaît des systèmes d'anneaux permettant de maintenir des gobelets, par exemple dans les avions.
<B>Il</B> existe aussi des plateaux avec encoche pour positionner un récipient. Mais il n'existe pas<B>à</B> la connaissance du déposant de dispositif simple, pouvant se fixer en différents lieux, permettant de maintenir plusieurs types de conteneurs<B>:</B> gobelet et canette.
La présente invention permet de résoudre ce problème.<B>A</B> cette fin, le dispositif suivant l'invention est constitué de 2 plaques parallèles solidarisées et montées sur un support pivotantes, chacune de ces plaques étant pourvue d'un orifice circulaire dont l'un est d'un diamètre supérieur<B>à</B> l'autre.
L'orifice de petit diamètre est destiné<B>à</B> recevoir un contenant de type gobelet par exemple tronc conique, l'autre orifice est destiné<B>à</B> recevoir un récipient cylindrique lorsqu'il est en position haute, le fond du récipient cylindrique prenant appui sur la plaque portant l'orifice de petit diamètre.
Le support des plaques peut se fixer par différents moyens, notamment sur des tiges cylindriques.
L'invention sera mieux comprise<B>à</B> l'aide du dessin joint qui représente une vue en perspective d'un dispositif suivant l'invention, tel que représenté, le dispositif comporte deux anneaux parallèles<B>(1)</B> (2), munis d'orifices circulaires adaptés aux récipients<B>à</B> maintenir, l'un étant d'un diamètre supérieur<B>à</B> l'autre. Ces anneaux sont reliés entre-eux et le tout est susceptible de pivoter par rapport<B>à</B> une plaque support<B>(3).</B>
Des moyens peuvent être prévus pour bloquer le dispositif au moins dans les 2 positions préférentielles. Ce support est lui même pourvu de moyens de fixation.
Dans l'exemple représenté, il s'agit de clips (4) connus en eux-mêmes permettant son accroche<B>à</B> une barre cylindrique. Les plaques peuvent être réalisées<B>à</B> partir d'une plaque rectangulaire pliée en<B>U.</B> La fixation par rapport au support peut être réalisée par rivet aveugle pivotant.
On peut aussi envisager un système de pliage connu en soi des anneaux<B>(1)</B> et (2) par rapport au support<B>(3).</B>
Le système selon l'invention peut-être utile aussi bien dans le domaine des transports et des loisirs que pour les personnes alitées ou handicapées.

REVENDICATIONS <B>1)</B> Support pour récipient, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué de 2 plaques parallèles(l) (2) solidarisées et montées pivotantes sur un support<B>(3)</B> pourvu de moyens de fixation (4), chacune de ces plaques étant pourvue d'un orifice circulaire dont l'un est d'un diamètre supérieur<B>à</B> l'autre. 2) Support selon la revendication<B>1,</B> caractérisé par le fait que la fixation du support<B>(3)</B> se fait par clips (4) sur une barre cylindrique. <B>3)</B> Support selon la revendication<B>1</B> ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un système de pliage des anneaux<B>(1)</B> et (2) par rapport au support<B>(3).</B>
