Abstract
Dispositif pour actionner simultanément deux aérosols contenant deux produits à mélanger au moment de leur utilisation.L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de mettre en présence de façon continue et selon un dosage préréglé, deux produits réagissant ensemble.Il est constitué d'un fourreau (i) présentant un orifice de sortie des produits (2), dans lequel sont introduits face à face deux bottiers aérosols (4) et (5) munis d'un diffuseur à diffusion simultanée (6). Le fourreau est fermé par un capuchon de fermeture (8) présentant une saillie (12) permettant le maintien du bouton poussoir (9) lors des changements d'aérosols.Lorsque l'utilisateur appuie sur le bouton poussoir (9) la pression s'applique sur le boîtier aérosol du haut (4) puis sur le diffuseur à diffusion simultanée (6), permettant ainsi l'ouverture des deux aérosols et la sortie des deux produits à mettre en présence.Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux produits industriels, cosmétiques, pharmaceutiques nécessitant un réactif pour agir, qui peuvent se mettre sous la forme aérosol classique ou bi-compartiment.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour actionner simultanément 2 aérosols, contenant, le premier un actif, le second un réactif, pour permettre la mise en présence en diffusion continue des deux produits juste au moment de leur utilisation.
La mise en présence de deux produits réagissant ensemble est traditionnellement effectuée manuellement par l'utilisateur, ce qui induit une grande perte de produit, et souvent des erreurs de dosage.
Il existe un dispositif permettant de distribuer en même temps 2 produits grâce à un système à pompe, mais la diffusion n'est pas continue.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à l'ensemble de ces inconvénients. Il possède selon une première caractéristique, un fourreau présentant un orifice de sortie des produits, dans lequel seront introduits face à face 2 boîtiers aérosols contenant les 2 produits à distribuer en même temps, munis d'un diffuseur à diffusion simultanée dont les deux entrées sont sur le même axe. Le capuchon de fermeture du fourreau est pourvu d'un bouton poussoir.
Ainsi, lorsque i'utiiisateur appuie sur le bouton poussoir, le coulissement du boîtier aérosol situé au dessus dans le fourreau permet au diffuseur à diffusion simultanée de libérer en même temps la sortie des deux produits à mettre en présence. L'orifice de sortie dans le fourreau est nécessaire à l'évacuation des produits
Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : - le fourreau peut-être constitué d'une seule ou de deux pièces.

- L'orifice de sortie du fourreau constitué d'une seule pièce est une rainure qui pourra être munie d'une languette.
- le fourreau constitué de deux pièces pourra être assemblé à l'aide d'un système à vis, ou grâce à tout autre système d'enclenchement mécanique (baillonette, ajustement).
- ie diffuseur à diffusion simultanée pourra être constitué d'un seul ou de deux éléments, avec une sortie commune ou deux sorties séparées - des buses spéciales de mélange ou de pulvérisation pourront être adaptées sur les diffuseurs.

La figure 2 représente en coupe, une variante de ce dispositif.
En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte un fourreau (1) (10),

présentant un orifice en forme de rainure (2) pour le fourreau monobloc (1), ou oblong pour le fourreau en deux parties (10).
A l'intérieur sont disposés face à face deux aérosols (4) et (5) munis d'un diffuseur à diffusion simultanée en deux parties (6) ou monobloc (7).
Avec le diffuseur selon la figure 1 (6), les deux produits à distribuer ne sont jamais en contact jusqu'à ce que l'utilisateur manipule le dispositif.
Avec le diffuseur selon la figure 2 (7), un résiduel du mélange des deux produits est accepté entre chaque manipulation du dispositif.
Le capuchon de fermeture du fourreau (8) présente une saillie (12) qui permet le maintien du bouton poussoir (9) lors des changements d'aérosols (4) et (5) quand ils sont vides.
La position de la saillie (12) par rapport au haut du capuchon (8) est telle qu'elle permet une course suffisante du bouton poussoir (9) nécessaire au fonctionnement des deux aérosols (4) et (5) en présence.
Pour l'esthétique de l'ensemble selon la figure 1, une languette (11) peut- être mise en place sur le fourreau monobloc (1).
Le fourreau (1) ou (10) pourra être réalisé en matière plastique opaque ou transparente, en aluminium ou en fer, d'une rigidité correspondant à l'usage qui en sera fait. Ses dimensions permettront de contenir des boîtiers aérosols de diamètre 20 mm à 66 mm, avec des hauteurs variant en fonction des boîtiers aérosols choisis.
Le diffuseur à diffusion simultanée (6) ou (7) pourra être réalisé en matière plastique, avec des diamètres d'entrée qui s'adapteront sur les gicleurs présents sur le marché des valves, et des longueurs et diamètres de sortie différents selon les produits en présence.
Le capuchon de fermeture (8) s'adaptera au diamètre extérieur du fourreau (1) ou (10), il pourra être réalisé en matière plastique, en aluminium ou en fer.
Le bouton poussoir (9) s'adaptera aux dimensions du capuchon (8), il sera en matière plastique.
La languette (11) et les buses spéciales de pulvérisation ou de mélange non illustrées, seront en matière plastique.
Le dispositif selon l'invention est destiné à tous les produits industriels, cosmétiques, pharmaceutiques nécessitant un réactif pour agir, qui peuvent se mettre sous la forme aérosol classique ou bi-compartiment.
Claims (9)
1-Dispositif pour actionner simultannément deux aérosols caractérisé par un fourreau présentant un orifice de sortie dans lequel sont introduits face à face deux aérosols (4) et (5) munis d'un diffuseur à diffusion simultanée, le fourreau étant fermé par un capuchon (8) pourvu d'un bouton poussoir (9) sur lequel j'utilisateur exerce la poussée nécessaire au fonctionnement des deux aérosols.
2-Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le fourreau est monobloc (1) muni d'une rainure (2).
3-Dispositif selon ia revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le fourreau est en deux parties (10) qui peuvent être assemblées à l'aide d'un système à vis, d'un système d'enclenchement à baillonette, ou par ajustement (10), une des deux parties est munie d'un trou oblong (3).
4-Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le diffuseur à diffusion simultanée (6) est en deux parties séparées.
5-Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le diffuseur à diffusion simultanée est monobloc, qu'il peut avoir une (7) ou deux sorties séparées.
6-Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le capuchon de fermeture du fourreau (8) présente une saillie (12) qui permet le maintien du bouton poussoir (9) lors de l'ouverture du système.
7-Dispositif selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que la saillie (12) du fourreau (8) est à une distance suffisante par rapport au haut de ce dernier pour permettre l'ouverture des 2 aérosols lors de la manipulation du bouton poussoir (9).
8-Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications caractérisé en ce que des buses spéciales de mélanges ou de pulvérisation peuvent être adaptées sur les diffuseurs (6) ou (7).
9-Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que une languette pourra être adaptée sur la rainure du fourreau monobloc.
