Abstract

Ce dispositif (1) comporte une base globalement tubulaire (3) qui est adaptée pour être solidarisée autour du col (21) et qui délimite intérieurement un alésage traversant (323) destiné à déboucher dans le récipient, et un bouchon (4) qui est venu de matière avec la base (3) par au moins une lamelle d'articulation du bouchon par rapport à la base entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture. Pour limiter l'infiltration d'un liquide aseptisant dans le dispositif lors de l'aseptisation de ce dernier, une cheminée d'écoulement (6) est rapportée hermétiquement dans l'alésage (323) de la base (3), cette cheminée ménageant des zones (613, 661, 663) de contact étanche avec le bouchon (4) en position fermée.
