Abstract
L'invention concerne un détecteur comportant une plaque (2) détectrice formée d'une plaque mince de diamant synthétique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens (11, 4) de chauffage de la plaque détectrice, lesdits moyens de chauffage comportant une plaque (4) mince de chauffage dont le matériau est constitué essentiellement d'atomes de carbone.L'invention concerne également un dispositif comportant un tel détecteur et un procédé de mesure utilisant un tel détecteur et un procédé de fabrication d'un tel détecteur.
