Abstract

L'invention concerne un manche d'instrument canalaire du type endodontique rotatif par exemple une queue de fraise, comportant à son extrémité destinée à s'engager dans un ensemble d'entraînement d'une tête de pièce à main ou d'un contre-angle, une gorge annulaire et un méplat pour coopérer avec des moyens complémentaires de liaison axiale et de liaison en rotation prévus dans l'ensemble d'entraînement, manche caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé en deux parties coaxiales dont une partie interne (3) et un manchon extérieur (2) recouvrant la partie interne sur une partie au moins de sa longueur, des moyens étant prévus pour solidariser le manchon (2) sur la partie interne (3) aussi bien en translation axiale qu'en rotation, et en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de blocage en rotation et en translation pour coopérer avec un instrument canalaire (1 ).Afin d'identifier facilement un instrument, on peut prévoir qu'à un instrument donné, corresponde une combinaison donnée de couleurs de deux parties composant le manche.
