Abstract
De nombreuses techniques ont été inventées et utilisées pour capter l'énergie de la houle. Mais la complexité de leurs mécanismes ne les rend rentables que dans certains cas de figure .La présente invention se caractérise au contraire:- par une très grande fiabilité grâce à la simplicité de sa conception ;- un coût exceptionnellement bas à la construction et à la maintenance.- une adaptation aux caractéristiques ( amplitude, fréquence ) de la houle.Le flotteur houlo- générateur comprend une coque centrale (11) et un balancier (19) ,composé de deux flotteurs (12) , situés devant et derrière la coque centrale, portés par deux bras (13) dont la longueur est réglable pour une adaptation à la fréquence de la houle .Positionnés perpendiculairement au front de la houle, le balancier (19) est contraint par la pente de l'onde et tangue autour de l' axe principal (14) de la coque centrale.Par un jeu d'engrenages, les oscillations de l'axe (14) sont transmises à deux volants inertiels (21), tournant systématiquement en sens inverse , couplés à des générateurs (31).Les installations appliquant la présente invention sont envisageables en eau profonde, dans des champs d'éoliennes offshore, près du rivage, etc......
