Abstract
Une méthode pour la formation d'une structure fibreuse tridimensionnelle comprend la fourniture d'une première couche fibreuse, la première couche fibreuse étant alignée dans le sens machine. Au moins une couche fibreuse additionnelle est superposée avec la première couche fibreuse, la direction d'alignement de ladite au moins une couche fibreuse additionnelle étant à un angle aigu par rapport au sens machine. La première couche fibreuse et ladite au moins une couche fibreuse additionnelle sont aiguilletées l'une avec l'autre à une densité d'aiguilletage supérieure à approximativement 55 perforations d'aiguilles par centimètre carré, en formant un premier matelas fibreux combiné. Le matelas fibreux combiné est superposé avec au moins un matelas fibreux combiné additionnel et aiguilleté à une densité d'aiguilletage inférieure à approximativement 60 perforations d'aiguilles par centimètre carré, en formant une structure fibreuse tridimensionnelle.
