Abstract

La présente invention a trait à l'utilisation d'un matériau composite comprenant une matrice polymérique et au moins une charge fluorure métallique choisie parmi les fluorures de cérium CeF et/ou CeF , le fluorure de lanthane LaF , le fluorure de magnésium MgF , le fluorure de baryum BaF et les mélanges de ceux-ci en tant que matériau extincteur La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de contrôle, lors de sa fabrication, de la répartition des contraintes dans une structure de type semi-conducteur sur isolant, qui comporte une couche mince de matériau semi-conducteur (3) sur un substrat support (1), une couche isolante (2, 4) étant présente sur chacune des faces avant et arrière du substrat support (1) , la couche isolante en face (2) avant constituant au moins une partie d'un isolant enterré épais (BOX), procédé de fabrication selon lequel on procède au collage, sur ledit substrat support (1), de ladite couche mince (3), d'arc électrique dans un appareil électrique.
