Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie médicale, remarquable en ce que le dispositif comprend : - des moyens d'acquisition (14, 15, 17, 26, 74) par rayons X adaptés pour l'acquisition de données représentatives d'un objet (16), - une sonde à ultrasons (10) susceptible d'être déplacée manuellement par un utilisateur, - des moyens de traitement (32) adaptés pour : - produire au moins une image de l'objet à partir des données acquises par les moyens d'acquisition par rayons X, et - déterminer un chemin entre une position de la sonde à ultrason et une position dans l'objet correspondant à une zone sélectionnée dans ladite image, - des moyens de guidage (10) de la sonde à ultrasons, lesdits moyens de guidage étant adaptés pour faciliter le déplacement de la sonde le long du chemin entre une position de la sonde à ultrason et la position dans l'objet correspondant à la zone sélectionnée dans ladite image.
