Claims (12)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de collage de pièces additionnelles (22) sur une pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite (20) dans une étuve thermostatique (10), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes : déposer ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite munie desdites pièces additionnelles sur un support rigide (24) indéformable aux température et pression de fonctionnement et conformé pour épouser la forme finale souhaitée pour ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite, revêtir ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite munie desdites pièces additionnelles par une bâche à vide (26), les bords de cette bâche à vide étant rendus étanches par rapport audit support rigide indéformable au moyen de joints d'étanchéité (28), appliquer un vide de pression déterminé dans ladite bâche à vide pour plaquer ladite bâche à vide contre ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite munie desdites pièces additionnelles, appliquer ladite pression de fonctionnement déterminée sur ladite bâche à vide pour plaquer ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite munie desdites pièces additionnelles contre ledit support rigide indéformable, et chauffer l'ensemble ainsi monté à ladite température de 25 fonctionnement pendant une durée déterminée dans ladite étuve thermostatique.
- 2. Procédé de collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'application de ladite pression déterminée sur ladite pièce de 30 turbomachine en matériau composite munie desdites pièces additionnelles est assurée par le gonflement d'une vessie (30) préalablement mise sous pression.
- 3. Procédé de collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce 35 que l'étape d'application de ladite pression déterminée sur ladite pièce deturbomachine en matériau composite munie desdites pièces additionnelles est assurée par la mise sous pression de ladite étuve thermostatique.
- 4. Procédé de collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite munie desdites pièces additionnelles repose sur ledit support rigide indéformable par l'une de ses faces externes.
- 5. Procédé de collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce 10 que ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite est une aube et ladite pression déterminée est comprise entre 3 et 5 bar.
- 6. Procédé de collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite est une aube et 15 ladite pression de vide est comprise entre 0,1 et 0,9 bar.
- 7. Procédé de collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite est une aube et ladite étape de chauffage est effectuée à 150°C pendant 2h. 20
- 8. Procédé de collage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite est une aube et lesdites pièces additionnelles sont des pièces intermédiaires de fabrication (PIF) parmi les suivantes : bord d'attaque en titane, fil polyuréthane, 25 lamelles d'usure.
- 9. Dispositif de collage de pièces additionnelles (22) sur une pièce en matériau composite (20) comprenant : une étuve thermostatique (10), 30 un support rigide (24) indéformable aux température et pression de fonctionnement et conformé pour épouser la forme finale souhaitée pour ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite, une bâche à vide (26) pour recouvrir ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite, les bords de cette bâche à vide 35 étant rendus étanches par rapport audit support rigide indéformable au moyen de joints d'étanchéité (28),des moyens (26A) pour appliquer un vide de pression déterminé dans ladite bâche à vide pour plaquer ladite bâche à vide contre ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite munie desdites pièces additionnelles, des moyens (30A) pour appliquer ladite pression de fonctionnement déterminée sur ladite bâche à vide pour plaquer ladite pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite munie desdites pièces additionnelles contre ledit support rigide indéformable, et des moyens (12) de chauffage de l'ensemble ainsi monté à ladite température de fonctionnement pendant une durée déterminée dans ladite étuve thermostatique.
- 10. Dispositif de collage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pour appliquer ladite pression de fonctionnement déterminée sur ladite bâche à vide comportent une vessie (30).
- 11. Aube de turbomachine munie de PIF obtenue par le procédé de collage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
- 12. Turbomachine comportant au moins une aube selon la revendication 11.
