Circuit électrique (10) comportant : - une cellule solaire (12) ayant une face avant (14) à effet photovoltaïque et une face arrière (16), - un composant électronique ou micromécanique (18, 20) installé au dos (16) de la cellule solaire (12) et relié électriquement à une structure de contact (24) avec la face avant à effet photovoltaïque (14) de la cellule solaire (12), et - une première couche protectrice (30) transparente appliquée sur la face avant (14) à effet photovoltaïque de la cellule solaire (12), - la structure de contact (24) ayant un premier segment de contact (36) installé sur le côté avant (32) de la première couche protectrice (30) à l'opposé de la cellule solaire (12).
