Abstract

Installation pour l'extraction de produits biologiques à partir de matières organiques, comprenant une enceinte (1) étanche au rayonnement micro-ondes et communiquant avec un générateur de micro-ondes (9), et un bol tournant (12), logé dans ladite enceinte (1), et assujetti à un moteur (17) assurant son entraînement en rotation, ladite enceinte et ledit bol tournant étant montés de sorte que leur axe (A) est incliné d'un angle (α) par rapport à la verticale, ladite enceinte (1) comprenant une ouverture d'entrée fermée de manière étanche par un couvercle (1b) pour l'introduction des matières organiques à distiller, et une ouverture de sortie (3) des vapeurs communiquant avec un dispositif (6) de séparation des produits biologiques (huiles essentielles) et de la phase aqueuse, via un système de condensation (4), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (26-26a-26b-26c) permettant de prélever une fraction de la vapeur chargée de molécules du produit biologique, de surchauffer cette fraction prélevée pour obtenir une vapeur surchauffée, et de réinjecter cette vapeur surchauffée dans l'enceinte étanche (1).
