Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement thermique (S) d'une pièce dans un superalliage à base de nickel, telle qu'une pièce de turbomachine, comprenant les étapes suivantes : - mise en solution super-solvus (S1) de la pièce à une température supérieure au solvus γ' de son matériau constitutif, - refroidissement lent (S2) de la pièce jusqu'à une température inférieure au solvus γ', - mise en solution subsolvus (S3) de la pièce à une température inférieure au solvus γ' de son matériau constitutif, et - refroidissement rapide (S4) de manière à précipiter la phase y' intragranulaire.
