Claims (4)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé d'évaluation par vidéo du rythme cardiaque et/ou du rythme respiratoire d'un bébé (B) en conditions de pénombre ou nocturne, dans un dispositif (1) comprenant une caméra vidéo (2) et une source d'illumination infrarouge (3), le procédé comprenant les étapes : Al- illuminer le bébé avec la source infrarouge, A2- capturer des images vidéo (5) du bébé, Bl- déterminer la position de la tête (T) du bébé par une recherche de contours s'inscrivant sur une ellipse coïncidant sensiblement avec le contour de la tête, B2- identifier une zone d'intérêt (7) centrée sur une ellipse élue (6), C- évaluer, par une analyse photo-pléthysmographique sur la zone d'intérêt, le rythme cardiaque (FC) et/ou le rythme respiratoire (RR) du bébé.
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre 20 une étape d'identification d'un mouvement significatif (D) du bébé, auquel cas l'étape C- d'analyse photopléthysmographique est suspendue.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, comprenant en outre 25 une étape d'identification de retour à un état stable sans mouvement significatif du bébé, auquel cas les étapes B1-B2 sont réalisées à nouveau, l'étape C- d'analyse photopléthysmographique est reprise avec la nouvelle zone d'intérêt établie à l'étape B2. 30
- 4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les images (5) sont captées en couleur et on base l'analyse photo-pléthysmographique sur la composante rouge des images vidéo.. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel on utilise à l'étape B1 un procédé de convolution d'images à seuillage statistique pour rechercher des 5 contours ou des portions de contours dans l'image (5,50). 6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel à l'étape B1, on forme à partir des portions de contours identifiés des ellipses candidates, et on applique 10 un filtre de sélection aux ellipses candidates pour ne retenir qu'une seule ellipse élue (6) qui coïncide avec le contour de la tête du bébé. 7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans 15 lequel à l'étape C, on applique, sur le signal lumineux moyenne spatialement sur la zone d'intérêt (7), un filtre passe bande numérique affecté des bornes [0.75 Hz - 3,5 Hz] pour obtenir un signal filtré (81). 20 8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel on définit un critère de validité relatif à la pertinence du signal filtré (81), pour sélectivement valider ou ne pas valider l'information de rythme cardiaque (FC), le critère de validité étant basé sur le rapport signal sur bruit. 25 9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les images captées (5) sont découpées en une matrice de sous-images (50) de taille identique. 30 10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel on élimine à l'étape B1 des sous-images ayant un contenu neutre c'est-à-dire sans variation de couleur ou d'intensité significative sur la surface de la sous-image (50), et on élimine après l'étape B2 les sous-imagessituées en dehors de ladite ellipse. 11. Dispositif pour évaluer par vidéo le rythme cardiaque et/ou le rythme respiratoire d'un bébé en conditions de pénombre ou nocturne comprenant une caméra vidéo (2), une source d'illumination infrarouge (3), et une unité de calcul (4), dans lequel la source infrarouge est configurée pour éclairer le bébé, la caméra vidéo est configurée pour capter des images vidéo (5) du bébé, et l'unité de calcul est configurée pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10. 12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, comprenant une interface de communication sans fil pour transmettre les données de rythme cardiaque (FC) et/ou le rythme respiratoire (RR) du bébé à une entité distante (22).
