Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Dispositif de soudage entre eux de deux films thermosoudables, comprenant un bâti (1) et une table support (2) des films, comprenant un outil de chauffage (3) monté mobile par rapport au bâti (1) et dans un plan parallèle à celui de la table support (2), caractérisé en ce que l'outil de chauffage (3) comprend une tête de soudage (30) destinée à être appliquée contre les films, le dispositif comprenant des moyens d'entraînement (31) en rotation de la tête de soudage (30) autour d'un axe de rotation (A) perpendiculaire à la table support (2).
- 2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tête de soudage (30) présente une surface de contact (300) essentiellement plate.
- 3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de contact (300) est circulaire.
- 4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de contact (300) est bordée par un chanfrein périphérique (301).
- 5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de découpe (4) des films.
- 6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de découpe (4) sont intégrés à l'outil de chauffage (3) comprenant la tête de soudage (30).
- 7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de découpe (4) sont intégrés à la tête de soudage (30).
- 8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de découpe (4) sont constitués par une pointe (40) faisant saillie de la tête de soudage (30) en direction de la table support (2) et s'étendant coaxialement avec l'axe de rotation (A).
- 9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un système de commande apte à piloter le déplacement de la tête de soudage (30).
- 10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le système de commande est paramétré pour piloter le déplacement de la tête de soudage (30) selon deux directions X et Y perpendiculaires entre elles, et parallèles à la table support (2). 15
