Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de fabrication d'une pale (1) en matériau composite s'étendant selon une direction d'élongation principale (a), ladite pale comprenant un pied (13), un bord de fuite (12) et au moins un canal interne d'écoulement d'air (2), le matériau composite de ladite pale (1) comportant un renfort fibreux densifié par une matrice, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - une étape de tissage d'une pluralité de fils de chaine (3) et d'une pluralité de fils de trame (4) de manière à obtenir une ébauche fibreuse, l'ébauche fibreuse comprenant au moins un fil de chaine (31)adapté sur au moins une portion de sa longueur pour former dans la matrice au moins une première portion d'un canal, ladite portion de longueur du fil de chaine (31) étant dirigée selon la direction d'élongation principale (a) de la pale (1) et débouchant au niveau du pied (13) de la pale (1), la première portion de canal formée dans la matrice par ladite portion de longueur de fil de chaine (31) constituant ainsi au moins une première portion (21) du canal interne d'écoulement d'air (2) ; - une étape de mise en forme de l'ébauche fibreuse de manière à réaliser une préforme de la pale (1) ; - une étape de densification de la préforme par imprégnation de ladite préforme par un matériau constitutif de la matrice ; 25 caractérisé en ce que l'étape de tissage comporte également la mise en place d'au moins une deuxième portion de fil adaptée pour former dans la matrice une deuxième portion d'un canal, ladite deuxième portion de fil étant dirigée transversalement par rapport à ladite direction d'élongation principale (a) et débouchant au niveau du bord de fuite 30 (12) de la pale (1) ou au voisinage de celui-ci, la deuxième portion de canal formée dans la matrice par ladite deuxième portion de fil constituant également au moins une deuxième portion (22) du canal interne d'écoulement d'air (2).
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fil de chaine (31) adapté sur au moins une portion de sa longueur pour former dans la matrice au moins une première portion d'un canal, et la deuxième portion de fil adaptée pour former dans la matrice une deuxième portion d'un canal sont des fibres creuses.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé que le fil de chaine (31) adapté sur au moins une portion de sa longueur pour former dans la matrice au moins une première portion d'un canal, et la deuxième portion de fil adaptée pour former dans la matrice une deuxième portion d'un canal sont des fibres fugitives, ledit procédé comportant une étape d'élimination par traitement thermique ou chimique.
- 4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième portion de fil est un fil de trame (41) qui s'étend depuis un bord d'attaque (11) de la pale (1) jusqu'au bord de fuite (12), ledit fil de trame (41) croisant avec contact la portion de longueur du fil de chaîne (31) adaptée pour former une première portion de canal, de sorte que la première et la deuxième portions (21, 22) du canal interne d'écoulement d'air (2) débouchent l'une dans l'autre grâce au contact entres lesdits fils (41, 31), permettant ainsi la circulation d'un écoulement d'air depuis le pied (13) jusqu'au bord de fuite (12).
- 5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape d'obturation au voisinage du bord d'attaque (11) de la deuxième portion (22) du canal interne d'écoulement d'air (2).
- 6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'obturation est réalisée par la pose d'un film polyuréthane anti-érosion, ou la pose d'un tapis chauffant de dégivrage au bord d'attaque (11), ou par injection d'une résine, ou par injection d'une résine suivie de la pose d'un tapis chauffant de dégivrage au bord d'attaque (11).
- 7. Procédé selon l'un des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le fil de chaine (31) adapté sur au moins une portion de sa longueurpour former dans la matrice au moins une première portion d'un canal comprend une extrémité libre (33) non tissée avec les fils de trame (4) qui est pliée et rabattue vers le bord de fuite (12) transversalement par rapport à la direction d'élongation principale (a) de la pale (1), ladite extrémité libre (33) étant destinée à former la deuxième portion (22) du canal interne d'écoulement d'air (2) dirigée transversalement par rapport à ladite direction d'élongation principale (a).
- 8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (33) est tissée avec les fils de chaine (3).
- 9. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (33) est déposée à la surface du renfort fibreux sans être tissée.
- 10. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un fil de chaine destiné à former un canal (32) dirigé selon la direction d'élongation principale (a), s'étend depuis le pied (13) jusqu'au niveau d'un saumon (14) de la pale (1), de manière à former une première portion (21) du canal interne d'écoulement d'air (2) qui débouche au niveau dudit saumon (14) de la pale (1).
- 11. Pale (1) fabriquée selon un procédé de fabrication selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
