Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant l'inhibition du développement de microorganismes, tels des bactéries, dans un milieu, et en particulier un milieu liquide. Plus précisément, le procédé comprend l'application d'une tension de polarisation au milieu liquide, la fréquence de ladite tension variant, dans un intervalle temporel inférieur à 1 heure, entre une fréquence minimale et une fréquence maximale, la fréquence maximale étant au moins deux fois supérieure à la fréquence minimale.
