Claims (7)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé pour contrôler, sur une pièce (3), au moins une zone traitée (35) par grenaillage où la pièce présente une surface optiquement réfléchissante et sur au moins une partie de laquelle le grenaillage serait défectueux, caractérisé en ce que: - on place d’un premier côté de la zone de la pièce (3) une mire (39), - on place d’un second côté de la zone de la pièce opposé au premier côté une caméra (41), - on fait observer par la caméra la réflexion, dans ladite zone de la pièce (3), d’au moins un point source lumineux situé sur la mire (39), - on mesure le champ des pentes locales, dans ladite zone de réflexion, - et on en déduit si le grenaillage est ou non défectueux sur tout ou partie de ladite zone.
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, où on utilise une mire plane présentant une succession de traits de deux couleurs différentes, alternativement.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, où la mire (39) utilisée est à période(s) verticale et/ou horizontale.
- 4. Procédé selon l’une des revendications précédentes, où : - on fait observer par la caméra (41) la réflexion, sur plusieurs parties de ladite zone (35), y compris une partie où un grenaillage approprié est supposé, et on y mesure les champs des pentes locales, - et pour en déduire si le grenaillage est ou non défectueux sur tout ou partie de ladite zone (35) on compare les mesures des champs des pentes locales.
- 5. Procédé de traitement de surface d’une pièce présentant au moins une surface précontrainte (35), caractérisé en ce que: - on effectue un adoucissement mécanique sur ladite surface précontrainte, - on effectue un grenaillage sur ladite surface adoucie, - et on contrôle ladite surface adoucie grenaillée, qui est au moins en partie optiquement réfléchissante, par le procédé de contrôle selon l’une des revendications précédentes.
- 6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, où le grenaillage est effectué par ultra-sons.
- 7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, où on effectue simultanément le grenaillage et le contrôle de ladite surface adoucie grenaillée.
