Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour la fabrication d'une pièce tridimensionnelle (6) par fusion sélective sur lit de poudre, le dispositif comprenant : un premier réservoir (8) destiné à contenir une première poudre, ledit réservoir étant muni d'une première vanne de distribution de poudre (8a), au moins un deuxième réservoir (9) destiné à contenir une deuxième poudre différente de la première poudre, ledit réservoir étant muni d'une deuxième vanne de distribution de poudre (9a), des moyens de contrôle (8b) de la quantité de première poudre délivrée par la première vanne, des moyens de contrôle (9b) de la quantité de deuxième poudre délivrée par la deuxième vanne, une chambre de mélange (10) en communication sélective avec les première et deuxième vannes, ladite chambre comprenant une troisième vanne de distribution de poudre (10a) et des moyens (11a, 11b) pour mélanger les particules poudre contenues dans ladite chambre, un support (5) destiné à recevoir de la poudre délivrée par la troisième vanne et sur lequel est destinée à être fabriquée la pièce, des moyens d'étalement de poudre (12) sur le support, et un organe de chauffage (13) destiné à fusionner localement de la poudre étalée sur le support. L'invention vise également un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce par fusion sélective sur lit de poudre.
