Claims (6)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de contrôle d’un dispositif de motorisation de véhicule automobile comprenant un moteur (1) à combustion interne du type diesel et un catalyseur d’oxydation (14) monté dans le circuit d’échappement (10) du moteur, ledit procédé comportant au moins : une étape (100) de réglage nominal du moteur, dans laquelle les émissions d’hydrocarbures imbrûlés du moteur sont réglées à une valeur de concentration nominale ([ΗΟ]ϊπ,μομ) ; une étape (500) de détermination de l’efficacité (ε) du catalyseur d’oxydation (14) et de comparaison de ladite efficacité (ε) avec un seuil de défaillance du véhicule (eobd) ; une étape (600) dans laquelle, lorsque l’efficacité (ε) du catalyseur devient inférieure audit seuil de défaillance du véhicule (eobd), un calculateur du moteur enregistre en mémoire un défaut de fonctionnement du catalyseur d’oxydation (14) et alerte le conducteur du véhicule d’une défaillance du véhicule, CARACTERISE EN CE QU’ il comprend en outre : une étape (200) dans laquelle on compare l’efficacité (ε) du catalyseur avec un second seuil (Edéfaut) strictement supérieur au seuil de défaillance du véhicule (eObd); une étape (300) dans laquelle, lorsque l’efficacité(e) du catalyseur devient inférieure audit second seuil (Edéfaut), le calculateur du moteur enregistre en mémoire un défaut de fonctionnement du catalyseur d’oxydation (14) ; et, lorsque l’efficacité(E) du catalyseur devient inférieure audit second seuil (Edéfaut): une étape (400) de réglage de sauvegarde du moteur dans laquelle les émissions d’hydrocarbures imbrûlés du moteur sont réglées à une valeur inférieure à la valeur de concentration nominale ([ΗΟ]ϊπ,νομ), ledit réglage de sauvegarde étant maintenu au moins tant que l’efficacité (ε) du catalyseur d’oxydation (14) ne devient pas inférieure au seuil de défaillance du véhicule (Eobd).
- 2, Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le conducteur n’est pas alerté d’une défaillance du véhicule lorsque l’efficacité (ε) du catalyseur devient inférieure au second seuil (Edéfaut).
- 3. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le conducteur est alerté d’une défaillance du véhicule par l’allumage d’un voyant au tableau de bord du véhicule.
- 4. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réglage de sauvegarde du moteur est obtenu à partir du réglage nominal en modifiant le phasage d’au moins une séquence d’injection de carburant dans les cylindres du moteur par rapport au phasage du réglage nominal.
- 5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le réglage de sauvegarde est obtenu par la modification du phasage des différentes séquences d’injection de carburant dans les cylindres du moteur qui rend minimale la concentration ([MCKa») d’hydrocarbures imbrûlés du moteur,
- 6. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réglage de sauvegarde est appliqué au moins sur une plage de température représentative du fonctionnement du moteur dans laquelle le catalyseur (14) d’oxydation est amorcé.
