Abstract

L'invention concerne une tête d'impression d'une imprimante à jets continus binaires comportant : - des moyens pour produire une pluralité de jets d'encre dans une cavité (5), délimitée par des parois (9, 10) latérales, et par une paroi supérieure (2) et une paroi inférieure (21), - des moyens (6) pour séparer des gouttes ou des tronçons d'un ou plusieurs desdits jets destinées à l'impression des gouttes ou tronçons qui ne servent pas à l'impression ; - une fente (17), qui traverse la paroi inférieure (21), permettant la sortie des gouttes d'encre destinées à l'impression, - une gouttière de récupération (70) des gouttes ou des tronçons non destinés à l'impression, - des moyens (20, 27) pour injecter du gaz dans la cavité (5), et pour faire circuler ce gaz, dans la cavité, vers les moyens pour produire une pluralité de jets d'encre dans ladite cavité (5), puis vers la gouttière (70).
