L'invention concerne un conduit principal (11) d'un circuit (10) de circulation d'un fluide d'un véhicule notamment d'un circuit (10) de refroidissement d'un moteur dudit véhicule, le conduit comprenant un élément de prélèvement (12) du fluide pourvu d'une première extrémité (14a) libre comprenant une ouverture (15), ladite première extrémité (14a) étant agencée dans le conduit de manière à réaliser une réduction d'une section transversale dudit conduit 11.
