- REVENDICATIONS1 - Station mobile (MS) ou équipement utilisateur (UE) ayant un mode de priorité de signalisation de couche NAS double accès, ayant une circuiterie d'ordinateur configurée pour : envoyer un message de requête de connectivité à un réseau de données par paquets (PDN), un message de requête de modification de ressource de support, ou un message de requête d'allocation de ressource de support à un nom de point d'accès (APN) spécifique avec un indicateur de basse priorité configuré à un état indiquant que la MS ou l'UE est configuré(e) pour une basse priorité de signalisation NAS ; recevoir un message de rejet avec une valeur de cause de gestion de session (ESM) de système par paquets évolué (EPS) indiquant un rejet dû à des ressources insuffisantes ; et envoyer un message de requête de connectivité PDN à l'APN spécifique avec l'indicateur de basse priorité configuré à un état indiquant que la MS ou l'UE n'est pas configuré(e) pour une basse priorité de signalisation NAS.
- 2 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la circuiterie d'ordinateur est en outre configurée pour : déterminer qu'une connexion PDN existe et est établie avec l'indicateur de basse priorité configuré à un état indiquant que la MS ou l'UE n'est pas configuré (e) pour une basse priorité de signalisation NAS ; et envoyer un message de requête de modification de ressource de support pour la connexion PDN avec l'indicateur de basse priorité configuré à un état indiquant que la MS ou l'UE n'est pas configuré(e) pour une basse priorité de signalisation NAS.
- 3 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la circuiterie d'ordinateur est en outre configurée pour : déterminer qu'une connexion PDN existe et est établie avec l'indicateur de basse priorité configuré à un état indiquant que la MS ou l'UE n'est pas configuré (e) pour une basse priorité de signalisation NAS ; et envoyer un message de requête d'allocation de ressource de support pour la connexion PDN avec l'indicateur de basse priorité configuré à un état indiquant que la MS ou l'UE n'est pas configuré(e) pour une basse priorité de signalisation NAS.
- 4 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la circuiterie d'ordinateur est en outre configurée pour établir de multiples connexions PDN avec différentes priorités de signalisation NAS en utilisant l'APN spécifique.
- 5 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la MS ou l'UE comprend une antenne, un écran d'affichage tactile, un haut-parleur, un microphone, un processeur graphique, un processeur d'application, une mémoire interne, ou un port de mémoire non volatile.
- 6 - Procédé de formation d'une connexion à un réseau de données par paquets (PDN) au niveau d'un équipement utilisateur (UE) ou d'une station mobile (MS) configuré(e) en mode de priorité multi-accès, comprenant : l'envoi, de l'UE ou la MS à une entité de gestion de mobilité (MME), d'un message de requête de connectivité PDN qui comprend un indicateur de neutralisation de priorité de signalisation NAS pour indiquer que la connexion PDN a un mode de priorité de signalisation NAS différent d'une connexion PDN existante ; la désactivation de la connexion PDN existante avec la MME, la connexion PDN existante fonctionnant dans un premier mode de priorité de signalisation NAS ; et l'établissement, au niveau de l'UE ou de la MS, d'une nouvelle connexion PDN pour l'application, la nouvelle connexion PDN fonctionnant dans un second mode de priorité de signalisation NAS.
- 7 - Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'envoi de la requête de connectivité PDN comprend en outre : l'envoi du message de requête de connectivité PDN, de l'UE ou de la MS, avec un même nom de point d'accès (APN) et un même type de PDN que la connexion PDN existante ; et l'envoi de l'indicateur de neutralisation de priorité de signalisation NAS dans un élément d'informations (IE) de propriétés de dispositif.
- 8 - Procédé selon la revendication 7, comprenant en outre l'envoi d'un message de requête de connectivité PDN, à partir de l'UE ou de la MS, avec le même APN après désactivation de la connexion PDN existante, pour établir la nouvelle connexion PDN avec la MME pour l'application.
- 9 - Procédé selon la revendication 7, comprenant en outre l'envoi d'un message de requête de connectivité PDN, à partir de l'UE ou de la MS, avec un APN différent, pour établir la nouvelle connexion PDN avec la MME pour 11 application.
- 10 - Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'envoi de la requête de connectivité PDN comprend en outre : l'envoi de l'indicateur de neutralisation de priorité de signalisation NAS pour indiquer un élément parmi : une basse priorité n'est pas neutralisée ; et une basse priorité est neutralisée par une priorité normale.
- 11 - Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel l'indicateur de neutralisation de priorité de signalisation NAS est envoyé dans le bit 2 de l'octet 1 d'un IE de propriétés de dispositif.
- 12 - Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'envoi de la requête de connectivité PDN comprend en outre : l'envoi d'un IE de propriétés de dispositif avec un indicateur de basse priorité pour indiquer un élément parmi : l'UE ou la MS n'est pas configuré (e) pour une basse priorité de signalisation NAS ; et l'UE ou la MS est configuré (e) pour une basse priorité de signalisation NAS.
- 13 - Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel l'indicateur de priorité de signalisation NAS est envoyé dans le bit 1 de l'octet 1 de l'IE de propriétés de dispositif.
- 14 - Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'envoi de la requête de connectivité PDN comprend en outre l'envoi d'un IE de propriétés de dispositif avec un indicateur de priorité pour indiquer l'un d'une pluralité de niveaux d'indicateur de signalisation NAS.
- 15 - Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'établissement de la nouvelle connexion PDN comprend en outre : la désactivation des contextes de support de système par paquets évolué (EPS) au niveau de la MME pour la connexion PDN existante sans envoyer une notification à l'UE ou à la MS de réduire le surdébit réseau dans l'établissement de la connexion PDN avec le mode de priorité de signalisation NAS différent.
- 16 - Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'établissement de la nouvelle connexion PDN comprend en outre : la réception, au niveau de l'UE ou la MS, d'un message de rejet de connectivité PDN indiquant que de multiples connexions PDN pour un APN donné ne sont pas autorisées.
- 17 - Equipement utilisateur (UE) ou station mobile (MS) ayant un mode de priorité de signalisation de couche NAS double accès avec une circuiterie d'ordinateur configurée pour : recevoir, à partir d'une entité de gestion de mobilité (MME), un message de rejet de connectivité à un réseau de données par paquets (PDN) avec une valeur de cause de gestion de session (ESM) de système par paquets évolué (EPS) indiquant un rejet dû à des ressources insuffisantes et une valeur de temporisateur T3396 en réponse à un message de requête de connectivité PDN pour l'un parmi un mode de priorité de signalisation NAS à basse priorité et un mode de priorité de signalisation NAS à priorité normale ; arrêter le temporisateur T3396 lorsque le temporisateur T3396 est en marche ; démarrer le temporisateur T3396 avec une valeur sélectionnée ; et envoyer un message de requête de connectivité PDN avec un mode de priorité de signalisation NAS différent à la MME après que le temporisateur T3396 a expiré.
- 18 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 17, dans laquelle la circuiterie est en outre configurée pour : recevoir, au niveau de l'UE ou la MS, un message de rejet de rattachement qui n'est pas protégé en intégrité ; et démarrer le temporisateur T3396 avec une valeur aléatoire prise dans une plage sélectionnée.
- 19 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 17, dans laquelle la circuiterie est en outre configurée pour : recevoir, au niveau de l'UE ou la MS, un message de rejet de rattachement qui est protégé en intégrité ; démarrer le temporisateur T3396 avec la valeur de temporisateur T3396 fournie dans le message de rejet de connectivité PDN.
- 20 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 17, dans laquelle la circuiterie est en outre configurée pour démarrer le temporisateur T3396 avec la valeur de temporisateur T3396 reçue à partir de la MME, la valeur de temporisateur T3396 étant déterminée au niveau de la MME sur la base de conditions de trafic courantes.
- 21 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 17, dans laquelle la circuiterie est en outre configurée pour : recevoir un message de rejet d'allocation de ressource de support, à partir de la MME, au niveau de l'UE ou de la MS avec une valeur de cause ESM indiquant un rejet dû à des ressources insuffisantes et une valeur de temporisateur T3396 ; démarrer le temporisateur T3396 avec la valeur fournie dans un élément d'informations (IE) de valeur T3396 dans le message de rejet d'allocation de ressource de support ; et envoyer le message de requête de connectivité PDN, un message de requête de modification de ressource de support, ou un message de requête d'allocation de ressource de support après que le temporisateur T3396 expire ou que le temporisateur T3396 est arrêté.
- 22 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 17, dans laquelle la circuiterie est en outre configurée pour : recevoir un message de rejet de modification de ressource de support, à partir de la MME, au niveau de l'UE ou de la MS avec une valeur de cause ESM indiquant un rejet dû à des ressources insuffisantes et une valeur de temporisateur T3396 ; démarrer le temporisateur T3396 avec la valeur fournie dans un élément d'informations (IE) de valeur T3396 dans le message de rejet de modification de ressource de support ; et envoyer le message de requête de connectivité PDN, un message de requête de modification de ressource de support, ou un message de requête d'allocation de ressource de support après que le temporisateur T3396 expire ou que le temporisateur T3396 est arrêté.
- 23 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 17, dans lequel l'UE ou la MS est l'un parmi une station mobile (MS) et un dispositif machine-à-machine (M2M) , et l'UE ou la MS comprend une antenne, un écran d'affichage tactile, un haut-parleur, un microphone, un processeur graphique, un processeur d'application, une mémoire interne, ou un port de mémoire non volatile.
- 24 - Circuiterie d'ordinateur selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la circuiterie d'ordinateur est en outre configurée pour recevoir le message de rejet avec la valeur de cause de gestion de session (ESM) de système par paquets évolué (EPS) indiquant le rejet dû à des ressources insuffisantes et une valeur de temporisateur T3396.
