Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Appareil (10, 20) de préparation culinaire qui comporte : - un moteur électrique (11,21) intégré dans une base, - un moyen (13) d’entraînement mis en rotation par le moteur, relié à au moins un outil (14, 24) mobile en rotation ; l’appareil comportant au moins une pièce en métal sensible à la corrosion (11,12,14, 15, 23, 24) accessible à l’utilisateur, caractérisé en ce qu’au moins une dite pièce en métal sensible à la corrosion présente un traitement de surface à base de céramique pour améliorer sa résistance à la corrosion.
- 2. Appareil (10, 20) de préparation culinaire selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins un traitement de surface d’une pièce en métal sensible à la corrosion est réalisé par un procédé sol-gel.
- 3. Appareil (10, 20) de préparation culinaire selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le traitement de surface type sol-gel comporte uniquement des éléments en céramique et aucun élément organique.
- 4. Appareil (10, 20) de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel au moins une pièce en métal sensible à la corrosion est en aluminium.
- 5. Appareil (10, 20) de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel au moins une pièce en métal sensible à la corrosion est en acier.
- 6. Appareil (10, 20) de préparation culinaire selon les revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel au moins une pièce en métal sensible à la corrosion est en Zamac (acronyme de « Zinc, Aluminium, Magnésium, et Cuivre >>).
- 7. Appareil (10, 20) de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel au moins une pièce en métal sensible à la corrosion traitée présente au moins un prétraitement de surface parmi : - un billage (34), - un décapage (36) et - une anodisation (38).
- 8. Appareil (10, 20) de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel au moins une pièce en métal sensible à la corrosion présentant un traitement de surface comporte une couche de durcissement sous le traitement de surface.
- 9. Appareil (10, 20) de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel au moins une pièce en métal sensible à la corrosion est obtenue par un procédé de moulage par injection.
- 10. Appareil (10, 20) de préparation culinaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel au moins une pièce en métal sensible à la corrosion est obtenue par un procédé d’extrusion.
