L'invention concerne une plaque d'analyse (10) comportant au moins une zone d'analyse destinée à recevoir un échantillon à analyser par spectrométrie de masse selon la technique MALDI-TOF, du type comprenant au moins une face d'essai (12) sur laquelle est délimitée au moins une zone d'analyse, du type dans lequel la plaque comporte un support plan (18), caractérisée en ce que le support (18) comporte au moins une feuille (20) de matériau papier comprenant des fibres cellulosiques, et en ce que la plaque d'analyse (10) comporte au moins une strate (24) de matériau métallique.
