Abstract

L'objet de l'invention est une machine de formage de cartons à partir de flans (50), comportant une table (1) de formage de parois latérales et longitudinales desdits cartons, munie de guides (11, 12, 13) de pliage desdites parois à partir de rabats (52, 53) prolongeant les côtés d'un dos (51) des flans, et qui comporte un support (30) d'une pile de flans, ledit support étant muni d'une ouverture centrale en entonnoir de taille adaptée à laisser passer le dos des flans un par un et munie de parois inclinées (31, 32) réalisant des préformes de guidage et de pré-pliage des rabats, ledit support étant fixé sur un bâti (70) surplombant ladite table et associé à un dispositif (80) de traction des flans un par un sur la table; le dispositif de traction des flans étant piloté par un automate (100) synchronisant la machine.
