Abstract

L'invention porte principalement sur une machine électrique tournante pour véhicule automobile comportant: - un stator comportant un corps et un bobinage (18) muni de chignons (20) s'étendant de part et d'autre du corps de stator, - au moins un palier (35) comportant un plateau (53) et une jupe (54), - le palier (35) comportant une face interne (62) tournée vers un chignon de bobinage (20) et des ouvertures latérales pour le passage d'air de refroidissement, caractérisée en ce que la face interne (62) comporte une portion périphérique inclinée (64) par rapport à un plan (P1) orthogonal à un axe (X) suivant lequel s'étend le stator de manière à augmenter un espace (67) pour le passage d'air de refroidissement entre le chignon de bobinage (20) et le palier (35).
