Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé traitant des charges pétrolières comprenant a) l'hydrotraitement desdites charges suivi de b) l'hydrocraquage d'au moins une partie de l'effluent issu de l'étape a), c) le passage dans au moins un échangeur de chaleur d'au moins ledit effluent issu de l'étape b) dans lequel ledit effluent est refroidi en échangeant contre la charge liquide hydrocarbonée entrant dans l'étape f) dans un au moins échangeur, d) la séparation gaz/liquide de l'effluent refroidi issu de l'étape c) pour produire, au moins un efflux gazeux riche en hydrogène et au moins un efflux liquide, e) le fractionnement dudit effluent liquide issu de l'étape d) en au moins une coupe comprenant les produits hydrocarbonés convertis ayant des points d'ébullition inférieurs à 340°C et une fraction liquide non convertie ayant un point d'ébullition supérieurs à 340°C, f) l'hydrotraitement d'une charge liquide hydrocarbonée de type gazole préalablement préchauffée dans l'étape c), g) la séparation gaz/liquide de l'effluent issu de l'étape f) pour produire pour produire, au moins un efflux gazeux riche en hydrogène et au moins un efflux liquide, h) le fractionnement de l'effluent liquide issu de l'étape g) permettant la séparation d'au moins une coupe gazeuse légère, d'une coupe naphta et d'une coupe de distillats moyens ayant un point d'ébullition supérieur à 150°C, et i) la compression de l'effluent gazeux riche en hydrogène issu de l'étape g) dans un compresseur d'appoint en hydrogène alimentant les étapes a), b) et f) et comportant n étages, n étant un entier supérieur ou égal à 2, ledit effluent gazeux riche en hydrogène étant injecté et comprimé à un étage intermédiaire dudit compresseur avant d'être recyclé en amont de l'étape f).
