Abstract
Est divulgué un ensemble ressort pneumatique de secours de type à précompression comprenant une plaque de couvercle supérieure, un coussin d'air, une plaque d'extrémité supérieure et une plaque d'extrémité inférieure ; la périphérie de la plaque d'extrémité supérieure est raccordée à la périphérie de la plaque d'extrémité inférieure par l'intermédiaire du coussin d'air ; la partie supérieure de la plaque d'extrémité supérieure est dotée de cavités de précompression transversales et de plaques de précompression transversales agencées au niveau des ouvertures transversales des cavités de précompression transversales, et les cavités de précompression transversales sont dotées à l'intérieur de ressorts élastomères stratifiés à travers les plaques de précompression transversales dans un mode en pression ; de multiples ressorts en acier sont agencés entre la plaque de couvercle supérieure et la plaque d'extrémité supérieure dans un mode en pression le long de la direction circonférentielle des ressorts élastomères stratifiés ; et la plaque de couvercle supérieure est agencée sur la périphérie des cavités de précompression transversales dans un mode en emmanchement. L'ensemble ressort pneumatique de secours de type à précompression est simple en termes de structure, commode à installer, de faible rigidité verticale sous charge lourde, présente une déformation verticale importante, un confort et une stabilité élevés, est capable de prévenir le fluage et de parvenir à une butée souple.
