Abstract

Noyau poreux modulaire pour le moulage de pièces à structure alvéolaire. Ce noyau est formé par plusieurs plaques empilées, chaque plaque étant une couche de volumes élémentaires ayant la même forme générale, préférentiellement sphérique. Lorsque les plaques sont empilées, ces volumes élémentaires sont imbriqués en empilement compact, de sorte qu'ils définissent entre eux des interstices dans lesquels le matériau à mouler s'infiltre lorsqu'il est à l'état fluide. Ce noyau est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins deux plaques de porosités différentes, de sorte que la structure alvéolaire de la pièce ainsi moulée comporte au moins deux zones de densités (et, subséquemment, de masses et de résistances) différentes. Procédé de fabrication, par moulage, d'un matériau solide à structure alvéolaire, utilisant un tel noyau.
