Ecrou à introduire au sein d'un logement (2) d'un profilé (3), comprenant une tête (8) s'étendant le long d'un premier axe (A) et destinée à être en contact avec deux bords (4, 5) du profilé, un fût (9) s'étendant le long d'un deuxième axe (B) perpendiculaire au premier axe (A), le fût (9) comprenant un filetage interne (12) ayant un diamètre interne (13), une vis intégrée (14) comprenant un filetage externe (15) vissé au filetage interne (12), une première extrémité (16) munie d'une empreinte pour un vissage/dévissage de la vis intégrée (14) et une deuxième extrémité (17) munie d'une pointe destinée à être en contact avec un fond (6) du profilé opposé aux deux bords (4, 5), les première et deuxième extrémités (16, 17) de la vis intégrée (14) ayant, chacune, un diamètre externe inférieur au diamètre interne (13) du filetage interne (12).
