Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une barrière d'isolation thermique (2, 5) pour une paroi (1) d'une cuve étanche et thermiquement isolante intégrée dans une structure porteuse (3), ledit procédé comportant l'étape de: - pousser un bouchon isolant (44, 57, 58, 59, 60), en direction de la structure porteuse (3), contre un organe d'appui (15, 82, 91) de sorte à endommager de manière irréversible le bouchon isolant (44, 57, 58, 59, 60, 95, 96) au niveau de son appui contre l'organe d'appui (15, 82, 91) et à réduire de manière irréversible la dimension du bouchon isolant (44, 57, 58, 59, 60, 95, 96) entre une extrémité interne (48, 61) du bouchon isolant (44, 57, 58, 59, 60, 95, 96) et l'appui du bouchon isolant (44, 57, 58, 59, 60, 95, 96) contre l'organe d'appui (15, 82, 91), jusqu'à ce que l'extrémité interne (48, 61) du bouchon isolant (44, 57, 58, 59, 60, 95, 96) atteigne une position prédéterminée à l'intérieur dudit évidement (43, 55). L'invention concerne également une barrière d'isolation thermique (2, 5) ainsi obtenue.
