Abstract

Un stator (2) comprend un corps annulaire (4) comportant une face latérale (6) à partir de laquelle s'étend plusieurs dents radiales (8) qui sont espacées angulairement de manière à délimiter des encoches (10), et plusieurs épingles conductrices (15A, 15B), chaque épingle conductrice comprenant deux segments conducteurs (16A, 16B, 16C, 16D) connectés par une jonction coudée (18), les segments conducteurs sont empilés les uns sur les autres dans les encoches (10), de sorte à former N couches parallèles ou sensiblement parallèles à la face latérale (6) du corps annulaire. Chaque épingle conductrice (15A, 15B) comprend un segment conducteur présent dans deux encoches distinctes, avec un segment conducteur présent dans une encoche E de manière à occuper une couche (Ci) et un autre segment conducteur présent dans une encoche E+P de manière à occuper une couche (Ci+2), P étant un pas prédéterminé selon un premier sens d'orientation.
