Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce moulée en matière plastique, en particulier d'un habillage de pare-chocs, dotée d'ouvertures, notamment pour le montage de capteurs PDC, comprenant les étapes consistant à : fournir un moule d'injection comprenant au moins un premier outil de moulage et un deuxième outil de moulage, qui définissent ensemble une cavité pour la pièce moulée, un dispositif de formation d'ouvertures à l'aide d'une lame de découpe étant prévu dans le deuxième outil de moulage pour la formation d'une ouverture ; remplir la cavité avec une matière plastique ; et une fois que la cavité est remplie, actionner le dispositif de formation d'ouvertures pour former l'ouverture dans la pièce moulée, le deuxième outil de moulage définissant une face visible de la pièce moulée, et le deuxième outil de moulage comportant une section de formation de rayon, laquelle est agencée concentriquement à la lame de découpe et entoure cette dernière circulairement, afin de former un rayon au niveau de la pièce moulée.
