Abstract

La présente demande concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition d'anticorps à partir de lait brut d'un mammifère non humain exprimant ledit anticorps dans son lait, comprenant les étapes a) de précipitation du lait brut à l'acide caprylique, b) de séparation consistant en une centrifugation ou une filtration à travers un filtre en profondeur, et optionnellement c) de filtration à travers un filtre en profondeur à charbon actif.
