Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de construction d'un plancher à rupture de pont thermique le long d'un mur non porteur dans lequel au moins une rive (13) périphérique d'au moins une prédalle (11) est mise en place le long du mur, cette prédalle comprenant, le long de ladite rive (13) périphérique, une pluralité de supports (14, 15) ancrés dans la prédalle, s'étendant en saillie vers l'extérieur de ladite rive (13), répartis le long de ladite rive espacés les uns des autres, des blocs (16) d'isolation thermique sont insérés dans les supports, ces blocs (16) d'isolation thermique s'étendant en saillie vers le haut par rapport à la prédalle (11), puis une dalle de compression en béton est moulée au-dessus de la prédalle. L'invention s'étend également à une telle prédalle et à son procédé de fabrication, et à un bâtiment comprenant au moins une telle prédalle.
