Abstract

L'invention concerne une conduite flexible sous-marine destinée au transport d'hydrocarbures comprenant, de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur de la conduite : - une gaine polymérique externe d'étanchéité, - au moins une nappe d'armures de traction en tant que couche de renforcement, - une gaine polymérique interne d'étanchéité, - éventuellement une carcasse métallique, caractérisée en ce que la gaine polymérique externe d'étanchéité comprend une couche polymérique externe 8 comprenant un polymère Pe qui revêt une couche polymérique interne 10 comprenant un polymère Pi, le module de Young à 20°C du polymère Pe étant inférieur à celui du polymère Pi et son procédé de préparation. Cette conduite est particulièrement adaptée pour le transport d'hydrocarbures en dynamique.
