Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production mutualisée de biométhane adapté à l'injection portée dans le réseau de gaz naturel mettant en œuvre un ou plusieurs sites producteurs Pi de biogaz, i étant compris entre 1 et n, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) Production de biogaz par méthanisation d'une charge organique sur chaque site producteur Pi b) Purification partielle, sur chaque site producteur i, du biogaz produit incluant une décarbonatation partielle pour obtenir un biogaz partiellement purifié à une teneur en méthane CH4 supérieure à 60% en volume sur chaque site producteur Pi ; c) Conditionnement du biogaz partiellement purifié sous forme gazeuse ou supercritique sur chaque site producteur Pi ; d) Collecte et transport de l'ensemble des biogaz partiellement purifiés de chacun des sites producteurs Pi à l'aide d'un dispositif de collecte vers un site de purification complémentaire à proximité dudit réseau de gaz naturel ; e) Purification complémentaire mutualisée des biogaz partiellement purifiés collectés à l'étape d) sur ledit site de purification complémentaire pour obtenir un flux mutualisé de biométhane. Le biométhane produit peut être injecté dans les réseaux de distribution ou les réseaux de transport de gaz naturel, et/ou approvisionner directement des consommateurs locaux, et/ou alimenter une station de carburant bioGNV.
