Abstract

Un système de télécommunication cellulaire comporte une partie accès radio (110) permettant à des équipements utilisateur (100) d'accéder à des services du système de télécommunication cellulaire ; et une partie réseau cœur (120) comportant un équipement de contrôle de politiques de qualité de service (124) connecté à une passerelle (125) via laquelle des porteuses radio sont établies pour accéder auxdits services. Un équipement orchestrateur (140) : reçoit de ladite passerelle (125) des rapports réguliers concernant les porteuses radio établies ; détecte une survenue de situation de crise ; identifie des cellules concernées par la situation de crise ; applique, pendant la situation de crise, des règles de gestion de situation de crise, en refusant d'authentifier des équipements utilisateur (100) pour lesquels les règles de gestion de situation de crise indiquent que l'accès auxdits services est interdit pendant la situation de crise ; et en demandant à la passerelle (125) de clore toute session établie pour des équipements utilisateur (100) pour lesquels les règles de gestion de situation de crise indiquent que l'accès auxdits services est interdit pendant la situation de crise.
