Abstract

Le dispositif d'invention est un système de sécurité destiné à assurer une éjection rapide du parachute de secours dont est équipée la grande majorité des parapentes ou aéronefs ultra légers. Le dispositif assure une éjection rapide d'un parachute par l'expansion d'un airbag poussant un pod protégeant le parachute. Un pliage et une forme particuliers de l'airbag ainsi que la présence de joncs assure une cinétique fluide tout en évitant un coincement lors de l'éjection. Le dispositif déclenche, avant l'éjection du parachute, l'ouverture de volets empêchant une extraction accidentelle du parachute. L'airbag est gonflé par l'expansion un gaz comprimé contenu dans une cartouche. Le dispositif décline plusieurs types d'air bag permettant une extraction fiable et rapide du pod. Le dispositif peut faire partie intégrante de l'aéronef ou être installé indépendamment de toute transformation et conserve opérationnel le dispositif d'éjection de secours préinstallé.
