Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif thérapeutique de positionnement pour le traitement des déviations de la colonne vertébrales chez les patients hypotoniques, notamment des scolioses hypotoniques d'origine neurologique ou neuromusculaire, du type comportant une assise (1) sur laquelle est monté un dossier (3) qui comprend une armature, ladite assise (3) comportant des moyens de calage du bassin (11, 13, 15) d'un patient, ladite armature comportant des premiers moyens d'attache (72) du torse d'un patient. Selon l'invention, de manière caractéristique, ladite armature comprend sur sa face avant qui est orientée vers ladite assise : - un corset de redressement (31) solidaire de ladite armature et s'étendant également au-dessus de ladite assise (1), selon la profondeur de ladite assise (1), ledit corset (31) comportant des fenêtres latérales, et - un appui latéral (311) et un contre appui latéral (313), qui s'étendent selon la profondeur de ladite assise (1) et la hauteur dudit dossier (3) et qui sont montés sur ladite armature à des hauteurs différentes à travers lesdites fenêtres latérales ménagées dans ledit corset (31), ledit appui (311) et ledit contre-appui (313) étant montés réglables et blocables en position par translation selon la largeur dudit dossier (3) et éventuellement selon la profondeur de ladite assise (1) et la hauteur dudit dossier(3) et lesdits premiers moyens d'attache (72) du torse du patient relient ledit appui (311) et ledit contre-appui (313).
