Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et une installation sous-marine de refroidissement (10) de fluide de production comprenant la mise en œuvre d'un échangeur de chaleur (1) au fond de la mer (12), relié à des conduites de transfert du dit fluide de production (11a, 11b) comprenant un circuit externe de refroidissement (2) apte à faire circuler de l'eau de mer de refroidissement, à l'aide d'une pompe de circulation (3), comprenant : - des dispositifs d'alimentation (4, 4a) et des dispositifs d'évacuation (5, 5a) de l'eau de mer dudit circuit externe de refroidissement (2) et des dispositifs de contrôle et commande (3a, 6-6a, 7-7a) de la variation d'un débit identique (d2) de l'évacuation et de l'alimentation en eau de mer.
